I found this section to be very informative. Whilst English is my native language there were many aspects regarding listening and reading that we take for granted . These skills are very useful for allocating time to certain tasks you would set for the students . Realising that they do not need to read and fully understand a complete article to proceed with the task was something I have certainly taken on board
Scanning and Skimming were certainly aspects that I haven't taken into consideration
There were also some very interesting tips within the chapter that I am sure I will be stealing at some point
