The content of this unit ?s about Teachers and Learners. I learned from this unit the important roles of both parties and also the characteristics they need to possess. Teachers should be fair, has a good knowledge of the subject and ability to motivate the students. Teacher should really love teaching because if a teacher loves what he/she ?s doing everything will be possible and it will reflect on his/her teaching skills. Age, culture, language level and motivation are the factors to consider in a Learner. Most importantly I learned that the teacher should not only focus on his/her teaching methods but most importantly he/she should focus on the learnings of the students.
