What I feel I learned from this unit is a clear definition of the three tenses used in the English language that we will be teaching. Along with these three tenses I learned the four aspects: simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. This unit taught the appropriate usage of these tenses and common mistakes made by future students. I learned how to recognize these mistakes and how to correct my students constructively. The unit also gave examples of fun activities to use in the teaching of tenses.
