There are many different methodologies relating to teaching language, ranging from grammar-translation, to the lexical approach, to task based learning. The approach that this course uses combines many methods into a comprehensive tactic called engage, study and activate. In engagement, teachers motivate the learners using games, music or role play techniques. In the study phase, learners work on specific concepts through worksheets and other study materials. The activate phase encourages students to use the language of the lesson through role play, group activities or fun language games. Correction is an important skill to be used by the teacher in a way that encourages students to help themselves before the teacher takes all the thought out of it by automatically answering for them.
