Wow, this was very interesting, but it was also boring and monotonous. The first video showed a teacher with very rude manners and he demonstrated his frustrations at the students who arrived late. He appeared not to have been prepared and on many occasions, he lost the attention of the students. Also, I don't think a teacher should nominate students as a winner and as a loser. It would be much better to say the name of the student who was right and not name those who were wrong.
