In this Unit, after watching two videos and made a couple of comparison between the positive and negative, the good and the bad side of having a poor and effective teaching method, this video has helped me focus on my good and bad traits and evaluate and analyze my way of teaching as well. In the first video, it shows a grammar lesson where the students appear to have trouble with the content of the lesson and comprehension as well. they find the lesson difficult to understand due to lack of clear demonstration, lesson structure and content. Before the activity, the teacher just handed them the activity sheets without explaining , just telling them just read what to do and work by yourself having no reason to talk to each other.
While on the Second Video show a significant difference in the atmosphere as well as the difference in the level of understanding among the students. The change of attitude, style and teaching method , lesson structure affected the progress and understanding of the students.
The attitude of the teacher had a profound effect on the lesson as well as how the students reciprocate.
