In this unit I have learned what makes a good teacher and a good learner, I have also learned that the teacher plays many different roles inside a classroom, this to me is very important since the teacher needs to understand the needs of all students not only because she gets paid.
Students need to be taken into consideration during class sessions, being part of a group but considering them individually
I learned that adults learn differently than children do, and this is important to consider when planning your sessions.
I also learned that there are different levels and internationally they are different names for them
here in central America we only use, three: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, so that was very important to learn.
