Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit covers the the basics of grammar--starting with the parts of speech. When deciphering a sentence, it is important to have a subject (aka noun) and a verb. To make a sentences even more clear, adjectives, prepositions, and adverbs may be added. I have always just read, wrote, and spoke English because "it sounds right", but never learned the proper names of each of the parts of speech. A gerund is the "ing" form of a verb as a noun, but I have always learned it as just the "doing" verb so it's interesting to learn the official name! I'd image that with so many exceptions to the rules of English language, learning the language must be really challenging for beginners.
