This last, 10th unit has given me a meaningful insight into evaluation and testing processes. I think learning about the power of testing and conducting it in a right manner is very important for learners and myself as a young teacher. I think that placement, diagnostic, external, progress and achievement test will enable the whole class to develop in the right direction and will help me to grow as an expert. Approaching the students in the best possible and gentle way when it comes to grading them is a useful technique that needs to be learned and practiced. Thank you for all the empowering advice I gained by listening and reading these tutorials, I am truly grateful and hope that getting this certificate will help boosting my future career as a teacher.
