In this unit, I learned several different techniques and components of classroom management, including eye contact, gestures, and classroom arrangement. I also learned how to establish rapport with students through activities and maintain discipline. Lastly, I learned various aspects involved in teaching effectively, such as voice modulation, giving instructions, grouping strategies, and how to avoid having my back to the class.
