There are many different types of learners from basic to advanced. It's important as a good teacher to communicate effectively with these learners at their different levels. Dividing teaching methods helps to keep learners focused and motivated. Some class time should be a presentation, some paired or group activities and allowing learners speak with the teacher. Learners should be made to feel comfortable to ask questions whenever they're unsure and treated equally in the classroom. A welcoming environment for all learners to feel included is a goal for a good teacher.
