Great Unit and Techniques that were thoughtful and detailed. It would seem common sense that a teacher, building rapport between student and teacher is obvious. However, the seating techniques depending on class size and writing on the chalk board did leave me thinking. I choose to use visual aids, Power Points nearly all the time at work. I do get the workers to be involved and at times have broken the groups into pairs, and have separated the new students into different groups with different challenges. In my case this was Crane Training, and different scenarios. At the very end, it became a slight competition to see whom did the best per unit and to see which student wanted to "re-take," a level they were not happy with.
