In this unit I find very useful the roles and the descriptions of a good teacher, furthermore it is well defined who the learner is, what level the student may have and how to deal with it . I think it is also important to be an assessor and participant for a teacher. That was quite interesting for me, because I have faced a lot of bad teachers examples who are missing these roles, although they are crucial for this profession.
