The content of this lesson included an overview of the ESA class structure by giving two examples, one an ineffective class and one an effective class. This was a great way to highlight first hand what goes wrong and why, based on the actions of the teacher and the response of the students. Watching them one after another highlights the contrast. The second video clearly shows why the techniques work based on the feeling you get seeing the teacher and the response you see from the students. Maintaining a positive attitude, a feeling of wanting to be there, is the biggest thing I took away to having a successful class.
