The unit has shown me the different wayS to manage a class and creating good relations as a teacher with the students and try to get the students work together in a good environment. It talked about the different methods one as a teacher can get students attention without having to talk all the time using gestures,eye contact and ones voice. The unit shed light on how a teacher can use students name too keep all students alert and help to connect with the students on a more personal base.It helped to show all the advantages of having groups and pairs and how best to control the class when students are in groups and pairs.It also helped me to see the different types of seating arrangement one can have in a class and which ones would be best depending on the students be it age,behaviour and nationality. It helped on giving light on how best one can write on the board and still be connected to the class and how to work with students individually,groups or pairs. It also helped to show me how one as a teacher can have a good relation in the class from teacher to students and students as well on their own it talked about dealing with problematic students in the class and keeping order which was a good eye opener for me.
