In this unit we talk about the importance and parts of Phonology. It cover how words are can change meaning depend on how the word is said this is intonation. In this class we discuss the importance of rhythm as well, these rhythms help determine what word comes next, the intention and the meaning. This included the use of stress on words in sentences rather then that of the specific stress of a word. This often can create a rhythm. This is followed by linked speech, this is where words are said faster and the sounds become mixed and different.
