Unit 19 gives an overview of the different kinds of groups that a teacher can encounter when teaching EFL. Some of the groups are beginners, children, and people learning English for their job or business. This unit emphasizes that a teacher needs to be able to recognize the groups they are teaching and how to teach their level. I has been talked about in some of the other units but this unit really stresses teacher adaptability. If the teacher has everything planned out for their lessons they still need to be able to change and realize when something is not working for a specific group of learners. For example, if you a teaching a the same topic in different classes you have to know what will work for each class.
