This unit has helped me to understand the different ways of making my relationship with the students better. It has also helped me to understand that motivating students, showing them care and being sensitive towards them can benefit both teacher and students. It also helped me to understand the implementation of different roles of the teacher. This can help a teacher to adapt different roles depending upon the class activities. And eventually it will also help the students to be more engaged in the lessons and class activities. I have also understood that having a good students depends upon the behavior of the teacher.
