This Unit has given the resources needed to begin a successful teaching experience. The levels of language allow myself as the teacher to understand where my students are and what is expected of each other. The breakdown of the adult learners and young learners was very helpful in the way that each group has their own set of needs and understanding how to better assist. The teacher roles provided gave a direct break down of the roles and how they should be implemented in the classroom. The prompts given after each teacher role, during the videos, allowed me to understand where each one fits during a lesson and how to set up the structure to create the learning environment of curious learners. The roles, including examples, gave me ideas of what to focus on more as the educator.
