I really enjoyed the two ESA lesson videos because it allowed me to see how ESA methods is utilized in a classroom setting. However, I would lie if I didn't say that the first video was very cringeworthy. It reminded me a lot like the US television show the Office with their awkward moments. I noticed immediately in the first video, the teacher didn't introduce himself, became easily frustrated, and didn't explain the concepts of his lesson well. In comparison, the teacher in the second video was much more engaging, explained directions clearly, and is well prepared. My favorite part of the video is seeing the mill drill activity in use. I think that's an excellent way to have students use the lesson and apply it. Additionally, it allowed students to communicate to each other in a fun way.
