I learn many great tips on how to utilize equipment and teaching aids more effectively. My favorite part of the unit is the list of resource and links provided at the end. I will use that in the future to as a resource. As stated previously, I love the tips provided. For example, when using a blackboard, it is pertinent not to write every single information on the board but just the essentials. I remember as a student that I drastically write everything on the board to my notebook. Thus, it's crucial to only write what's important on the board. Additionally, I learn not to capitalized every letter as it is hard for students to follow and to use different colors and circle items to exemplify importance. When using an overhead projector, IWB, cassette tape, it is important to be prepared and make sure the equipment is working. Not having done so will cause issues if the equipment fail. The most important lesson learn from using technology is to test it to see if it works.
