I learned that teaching is not just about the teacher and his/her subject knowledge. It is more about the learner and the learning he/she could get from every lesson. It is also very important to know your students by heart so you would be able to meet their needs in learning the English language. I also learned that a good teacher should be able to switch between the different roles of a good teacher appropriately because a teacher who practices and develops these roles produces good learners.
