In this unit it went over the fundamentals of lesson planning, along with providing worksheets as examples. The example lesson plan will be useful for the rest of my teaching career, as it gives me an understanding of what is expected within a lesson and how to structure it in a timely manner. My biggest fear going into this unit was how to structure an ESA lesson while taking into consideration the factor of time. How to hit Engage, Study and Activate all within the course of an hour (approximately the time of a class). After this lesson I feel more confident with how to structure a lesson and to hit all three points within the course of one class period.
