This is a first hand example of how to and how not to run a lesson. I found his energy and nature positive and engaging in both videos. He did not speak clearly in the first lesson, he lacked eye contact and engagement, and also did not shape the lesson with any direction or transparency. No one new what was going on. In the second lesson, it was clear what the target language was, and the students were learning through through speaking individually and also doing a worksheet.
