I had very mixed feelings about this unit. A lot of it seemed common sense and the rest was list after list. I think it could have been presented better as a addendum on reference materials because a lot of the websites piqued my interest both as a student and teacher. It also brought to mind a class I had taken on selling techniques where we were videoed. Most of the students were self conscious and more concerned with how they looked (and if the camera really added 10 pounds) than on the assignment.
