For a successful class management system, teachers should be flexible and change their roles according to the activities and situation whilst ensuring that they do not dominate the class as this would lead to boredom. Teachers should maintain eye contact at all times with their students as this in turn increases the level of confidence among students. They should also project their voice when speaking so that the students get to easily to understand what is been taught. The use of visual aids and gestures is a great tool in learning as it reduces the teachers talk time and increases interaction between the teachers and the students. Teachers should also choose appropriate methods while grouping students as this increases students talk time during the discussions. However the teacher should always ensure discipline levels are high at all times and should devise techniques of dealing with indiscipline among students. All in all the relationship between the teachers and students is the most important and should always be enhanced.
