Business English can be challenging, diverse, and it sounds like the teacher needs to be flexible, motivating and give these tired corparate types some passion! The fact they work long hours sounds and come from such a diverse range of backgrounds with different levels of English means they need to be managed with thought. With this in mind I learnt the importance to make the material less challenging, cut down the input, and if they are really tired/exhausted and bored, just turn it into a conversation class. I also learnt the pressure of homework can be far from expected as they have family/work/life commitments.
