This unit gave a visual representation of what type of teacher behavior is acceptable and unacceptable in the classroom. The videos that I watched did not explicitly state which things in the video that the teacher was doing were incorrect behavior. It was based on everything that I had learned up until this point that I needed to apply to the situations presented. The second video had the teacher effectively using the ESA phase system, while in the first video the teacher was just confusing the students. Seeing someone else teach in a classroom really helps to better understand your own behavior in the classroom and be more conscious of how your behavior impacts your students.
