I have been waiting for this Unit for a long time. I have some class tutoring experience, teaching small groups ESL under the supervision of a professor. How to create and stick to a lesson plan is something I have never been taught until now. Building on the ESA structure and considering everything that needs to go into a lesson plan, such as how to be flexible, nd time keeping. Also the emphasis on organization was helpful. I do not consider myself a very organized person but my lesson plans will be. I plan on downloading this chapter and start drafting my own lesson plans to get feedback from teachers.
