Within this unit it goes over the interactions between students and teachers, how to gain rapport and how much input should be given by the teacher. Overall, this unit really digs deep in solidifying the correct and incorrect ways of controlling a classroom and the benefits to different types of settings within it (i.e., pairs, group, horseshoe, etc.). I believe that each student learns differently, and each activity setting change could potentially help benefit each student in the long run. By doing various styles of work, it also keeps the classroom setting fun and different, not just the same each day which could become boring and repetitive to the students.
