In this topic (Unit 9), I further learned about ESA lesson planing and it should be organized. The important things included in making a lesson plan was listed and discussed in detailed which made me understood more its importance and functions. I really appreciated how this topic explained all the steps in preparing and organizing a certain plan. I could say I am ready to create one. The sample plans and activities provided were so helpful for me to make my future lesson plans varied and effective. Finally, I also learned that effective lessons and meeting the needs of the learners will be achieved by learning how to do a flexible and skill-balanced lesson plans.
