This unit has taught me that we can divide reasons and motives for reading and listening into two categories: for o purpose and for entertainment. And that there are different skills when reading or listening for example, predictive skills, scanning, skimming, detailed information and deduction from text. It is also very important to pre-teach vocabulary, select carefully the texts,topics and tasks and finally create interest.
