This unit goes over the necessary information needed to engage students within an activity and gain their attention in a positive manner. By using technology it can make the classroom more active and interesting, not just sitting and listening to the teacher the whole time. The discussion of movies was brought up, and I know that back in the 50s teachers realized it was a great way to entertain and teach at the same time. After experiencing that method of teaching, as the student, I know it worked. However, movies should not be used in every lesson since then it can become repetitive and boring.
