This unit has covered various aspects of class management: seating arrangements, giving of instructions, when to use TTT and STT, when to use group, individual and pair activities - their pros and cons. The unit also touched on behaviour and problem behaviour and ways to deal with this and minimise this. The unit also spoke to different classroom arrangements and how these impact on the lesson, as well as tips of how to write on the board to minimise time turned away from students by the teacher and how to give students individual attention and when to give it.
