Classroom management entails organizing and managing the class, teacher manner, and discipline. A part of classroom management is how the teacher holds themselves and interacts with students physically, such as eye contact, gesture, and voice. Classroom management also includes how students are physically arranged to learn, including to facilitate group work. Some arrangements may be better suited to group work while others will be better for maintaining order and discipline. All parts of the lesson should be thought out, even such details as how much time will be spent writing on the board, calling on students, and giving instructions.
