I am not sure yet whether or not I will use a textbook in my teaching. I probably will and being in Europe will probably make several textbook options available to me. But working with refugees, I will have to consider the cost of the books first and if our NGO can provide the books for students or if they have to purchase their own. I expect that I will at least buy the teacher's guide to a good textbook for myself to use in planning and structuring my curriculum. If it is very good and helpful to the level of my students, I will recommend it to them as well.
