In this unit it mentioned something along the lines that students don't feel like writing is as important as speaking but I agree with the unit, it is such a vital part of the language. It is super important to not only learn how the speak the language but write it down. I personally feel like writing will only help improve verbal communication. This is something I would want to work on in the class to be available for questions and help. If it's sent home for "homework" the students will probably get frustrated and may even give up. I don't want that, I want to be there for the whole class.
