according to the knowledge above , I learned sth. about lesson planning. It's very necessary for the experienced teacher and the inexperienced teacher. We can get some help from the lesson planning, it's the working document for us, and it can become a record to remind us which lesson we have taught. Especially for the inexperienced teacher, they knows little about teaching. It can help them know how to begin a class and how to end a class. What's more they should know the learner objects and personal aims, and anticipated problem before they have a real class. When I mentioned the real class, it's not fixed all the time , the number of the students attendance may be different and if the students didn't review the knowledge they have learned,their level may be a little different, so the new teacher need to make the class flexible...
