From watching this two videos above, I can tell which class is more effective, and what kind of teaher the students like. Tn this class, the teacher is politer, and give the sthdents more respect. When the student is late, he is nice to let the student taking a seat, when the students don't undertand , he mimes and says sth. more to let them comprehend, and when the students give the right answers, he gives the big thumb to praise. Besides that, he arrange a good class, he follows the ESA to teach, engage--activate-study-activate-engage-study-activate.I should learn from him in the second class for teaching is not telling, but students' understanding.
