The focus of the unit 5 is at classroom management. The role of the gestures, teacher voice and eye contact are well explained and helped me realize their power. Another main thing from the lesson are how to group students for maximum results in the different activities, and overall the classroom arrangement. The unit helped me understand how to control the TTT and STT, while keeping up the good pace in class. At last there was a point for the rapport establishment and discipline maintenance, as they are needed for the good environment in class.
