This Unit is about present tenses in English. There are 4 present tenses. Present Simple describes routines, habits, permanent situations, headlines, commentaries, historical sequence. Present Continuous describes the situation at the time of speaking, temporary action that is not occurring now, annoyance of someones behavior, developing situations. Present Perfect describes the visible result of the action that has started in the past. Present Perfect Continuous describes the duration of the action (but not a result).
