My favorite sentence in this unit will be: A ‘good teacher’ will most likely to have ‘good students’. I always think the teacher could change students’ behaviors by the teacher’s own personality and teaching techniques. Being a positive, helpful and encouraging teacher could help students build their confidence. The switching of different roles in different situation could help to catch students’ attention and remain their interest. The analysis of the variety of the students is quite detailed as well. For example, I am teaching the adults in China. I think the comment ‘Asian students focus more on the grammar’ is very correct. As a good teacher, understanding the difference and helping students based on that will be essential for students’ success.
After this lesson, I am going to use everything learned here to deliver the classes to students in many different ways, but the focus will always be get all the students involved!
