Unit 16 was an interesting mix of examples and definitions for conditionals and reported speech. The tables and examples were easy to follow, and the picture was an excellent visual aid; this unit was a slight challenge, as I caught myself questioning my own answers. I feel it's a difficult area to teach, let alone explain - for native speakers and non-natives alike. I experienced problems with first and second conditionals, as well as with third and mixed - just as the text had warned about; I truly second-guessed myself so much on this test, even though I went into this Unit confident. I know that I understand the concept and grammar, but I think it's so easy to get confused, or have one word change the conditional/structure. I really enjoyed the example activities, and will definitely use them in my lesson planning and classroom.
