Each person has different personalities, so when it comes to teachers, each person has his or her own style of teaching. There is no right or wrong. We just need to find what is most suitable for us. In this unit, I learnt a lot of tips of classroom management, including the eye contact, gesture, voice, grouping, classroom arragement, maintaining discpline.
