The unit reemphasizes that a teacher's attitude in class is a major factor in the outcome of the lesson. the video it was obvious the first lesson teacher was not in the right mood and attitude which is not professional, he didn't follow the guidelines of engaging students to get into the mood of talking or discussion before commencing class, he didn't smile and the voice was harsh. student's couldn't participate because he was not clear in his explanations but rather kept asking the questions over and over again without giving the students the chance to even think of it.
