This unit is about how to manage the whole class. Including so many parts such as how to increase the time for students to talk, how to establish rapport between students and teachers, how to set up different types of activities depends on stidents’ personalities and the purpose of the activities. I benefit from the part ‘ maintaining discipline ‘ the most. Because I am a young girl and my students will be older than me so I have to gain their respectful and students should talk as much as they can so it’s impossible for the whole class behaves very well. In this way , I need to know how to maintain discipline and establish the rapport between me and my students at the same time.
