I found this chapter to be very useful. It reminded me of the various levels learners go through, and how as teachers we need to adapt depending on the group or the person you are teaching. I like the accuracy of the stages of learning and how they reflect my students from the past. The one thing I believe this chapter is missing is how interchangeable those roles are. Sometimes the teacher becomes the learner and the learner becomes the teacher. That humility in the class opens up a secure environment for learners and teachers to grow.
