This unit focused on conducting the right behaviour in class pertaining to management of the class as a whole, and to invoke a behaviour among students which is conducive to learning. Students will flourish in class when these class management methods are used in accordance with one another to create a positive learning environment which is both beneficial for the teacher and the student. The initial emphasis in this unit is on the teacher to understand how the right atmosphere and behaviour can shape a class to reach its goals.
