This unit highlights most present tenses technicalities for easy understanding. First, it indicated that simple present deals with routines, habits and facts. Most of the times the verbs ends with "s". The present continuous tenses deals with actions either in progress or halted at the time of speaking. The present perfect deals with actions of the present with a present effect and the present perfect continuous deals with actions that had begun in the past into the present time of speaking.
