There is no doubt that tests are the most common and accepted tool to evaluate students learning; based on this, the challenge is to develop tests that properly assess receptive and productive skills in students. In my opinion, being able to test those for skills in a single tests mean such a tremendous and difficult goal to achieve when the class is formed by a large group of students. A posible option for learner's evaluation of productive skills (specifically speaking) could be taking oral test in which the students are asked to use the contents covered in the unit while having a conversation.
